By entering the competition, I declare that I am the sole author of the work(s) submitted to the competition and that I may freely dispose of the work and the rights to it.

I agree that my name and work may be publicised in the context of press and public relations work in connection with the prize. I hereby grant Körber-Stiftung and Stiftung Exilmuseum Berlin the right to use the submitted work(s) free of charge, without restriction in terms of place or time.

For the purpose of awarding the Exile Visual Arts Award, Körber-Stiftung collects and uses personal data on the basis of the European General Data Protection Regulation (‘GDPR’) and on the basis of the consent of the participants, which may also be processed by third parties as service providers bound by instructions in order to carry out the competition. Consent can be revoked at any time with effect for the future by e-mail to exile-visual-arts-award@koerber-stiftung.de or by post to Körber-Stiftung, Rita Gwardys, Kehrwieder 12, 20457 Hamburg. However, cancellation may lead to disqualification from the competition.
