Next.Generation Incubator

The Next.Generation Inkubator supports young people in developing innovative ideas into impactful social startups. The one-year program by the Körber Start-Hub is aimed at aspiring founders under the age of 30 from the Hamburg Metropolitan Region who want to address social challenges through entrepreneurial solutions. The program’s goal is to turn innovative ideas into viable social startups that make a lasting contribution to society.

Participants gain practical knowledge about building a company, developing business models, and engaging in purpose-driven entrepreneurship. The program is complemented by individual coaching, workshops, mentoring, a free workspace at the Körber Start-Hub, and access to a diverse network from business, academia, civil society, and the startup scene.

The program concludes with a festive pitch event. Six of the 13 startup teams qualify for the final and present their founding ideas to a jury and a public audience. There, they have the chance to win the jury prize of 50,000 euros or the audience award of 5,000 euros.

The fourth cohort starts in October 2026. Applications are open from July 1 to July 31, 2026.
