Persecution and Exile. Prisoners in the Gestapo House Prison

In the programme accompanying the exhibition “A Special Kind of Police Custody. The House Prison of the Secret State Police Office in Berlin 1933-1945”, curator Claudia Steur will talk about political emigrants who were persecuted by or handed over to the Gestapo, as well as about people who went into exile after their release from prison. Afterwards she will talk about this with the historian Wolfgang Benz.
