‘My European Love’ depicts the journey of a refugee woman through guilt, fear and Europe. Directed by Satchel Reemtsma, the three-person play tells the story of Marina, her refugee status and her life with a new partner. Her experiences in exile and the fragile relationship with her partner’s son exacerbate the existential fear that accompanies the final question of the play. Is her future in Europe? Can she go back? The actors are Ada Philine Stappenbeck, Kristoffer Nagel, Sinje Kortenhaus and Ida Hupfauer.
