
"I invented comforting things for myself." Workshop on Arthur Samuel
Arthur Samuel was chairman of the Bonn synagogue community, a doctor, an art enthusiast and a close friend of August Macke. The workshop participants will develop a “life cycle” in graphic novel style based on his biography. They will get to know an extraordinary man from Bonn and the situation of Jewish people in Bonn during National Socialism and in exile and can actively create art themselves. Materials will be provided on site.
