ARTpolis mobile open-air cinema: Diaspora short films

The film screenings are a cooperation with the Africa Film Festival Cologne as part of the “Already thought about it?” project. In multi-faceted narratives about exile, the films tell the stories of people who have to find their way in new countries and deal with conflicts, homesickness, bureaucracy and self-discovery. The short films “Lions” by Beru Tessema, “Ousmane” by Jorge Camarotti, “Flowers” by Dumas Haddad and “P.D.O.” by Sammy Sidali will be shown.
